Hillje Field - Wharton County, TX

  • We acquired the field in 2019 and re-leased surrounding acreage in 2020 based on our analysis of the formation and remaining reserves.

  • The field has been in continuous production since the 1940s.

  • Based on our analysis, we believe there is still in-well in excess of 1.0 mm barrels of recoverable hydrocarbons left in the field.

  • We have drilled two successful vertical wells to prove the concept and now plan to drill 3-5 additional wells to fully develop the remaining reserves.

This field is a perfect example of the type of asset we are looking for and the kind of potential we believe is possible in existing underdeveloped fields.
